Full civil site development for a new 12-acre municipal services complex, including grading, earthwork, utility coordination, and stormwater management. Delivered on schedule for the county's public works department.
Sonoran Wash Flood Mitigation
Design and engineering of a 2.4-mile stormwater conveyance system to mitigate flash flood risk in a rapidly growing municipal corridor. Included hydraulic modeling, channel design, and regulatory permitting.
Copper Basin Road Realignment
Structural and civil engineering for a 1.8-mile road realignment project through challenging desert terrain. Scope included geotechnical coordination, drainage design, and construction document production.
Rio Verde Water Main Extension
Engineering design for a 3.1-mile water main extension serving an underserved rural community. Coordinated with municipal utility staff, state regulators, and construction contractors through project closeout.
